Rail Trade Mission to Rail Live, Madrid, Spain

Rail Trade Mission to Rail Live, Madrid, Spain
UK railway suppliers are invited to join the DIT & RIA trade mission to Rail Live, Madrid, Spain.
Participants will have the opportunity to hold pre-arranged meetings with a selection of Spanish OEMs and infrastructure companies, and the possibility of booking their own company stand at a discounted rate (subject to requirement).

RAIL LIVE,
is a two-day event (exhibition/conference) being held in Madrid on 30 November and 1 December 2021, at the IFEMA halls.

DIT Spain in partnership with RIA is arranging the mission and providing an opportunity for UK suppliers to engage in pre-set appointments with local OEMs, infrastructure, and metro stakeholders (listed below) and subject to pre-selection. Meetings will likely take place within Rail Live on the client stands.

Those UK companies participating will be able to enter the event (conferences and exhibition) free of charge and do not need their own stand to join the mission, although those who wish to have their own stand at Rail Live can do so at discounted price of €2,370. (Note: This discount price is offered on condition of a minimum of 4 companies participating).

Interested UK companies should:

Complete the registration process via the ‘Register here’ link.
RIA will then forward a supplier questionnaire form to the UK company, who should complete and return to RIA.
The completed UK supplier form will be sent to the Spanish firms, who will pre-select those UK suppliers that they wish to meet based on the information provided on the form.
DIT/RIA cannot guarantee the number of meetings suppliers will be preselected for, if any. Limited to 2 delegates per company, per meeting.
RIA and DIT will keep you informed throughout the process of any meetings confirmed and we suggest you only book flights and hotels when you are happy with these arrangements or wish to visit Rail Live anyhow.
