RIA CP6 Renewals Workshop with Network Rail

I would like to invite you to attend a CP6 Renewals Workshop with Network Rail on Monday 9 December 2019, from 9am to 12 Midday.  We expect to hold the workshop at a central London venue (to be confirmed).

Issues likely to be covered at the workshop include:

• The slow start to CP6 
• Work bank visibility and pipeline
• Smoothing of renewals
• Good practice going forward

The workshop follows a suggestion from NR Chief Executive, Andrew Haines, at his recent event with RIA members. Network Rail representation will cover every region.

We will accept attendees on a first come, first served, basis. However, if interest in the workshop is high, we reserve the right to limit numbers/ number of representatives per member company. In which case, we will operate a reserve list.
